Itinerary

Day 1 Passau
Embarkation.

Day 2 Vienna
City tour/walk through the Austrian capital with its wealth of tradition, including St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg palace and Ringstrasse.

Day 3 Solt - Mohacs
Excursion to the Puszta with a traditional riding display or excursion to Pécs with its Mediterranean charm, one of the most beautiful cities in Hungary (dep. Solt/arr. Mohács).

Day 4 Belgrade
City tour/walk through Belgrade, visiting the Kalemegdan fortress, with time to spend there. Evening excursion to Belgrade with a lively folk music performance.

Day 5 Iraon Gate
Passage through the Danube cataracts with the famous “Iron Gate”.

Day 6 Russe
City tour/walk through Russe with a visit to the Bulgarian-Orthodox Trinity Church.

Day 7 Tulcea
Discover the fascinating flora and fauna of the unique natural paradise that is the Romanian Danube Delta from large excursion boats. Alternatively, you can go on a trip to the Danube Delta in small boats for an even more intense experience of nature in this area. Following this you can enjoy a musical evening programme on board.

Day 8 Oltenita - Giurgiu
Experience French flair in the “Paris of the East” on our city tour/walk in Bucharest with a packed lunch (dep. Oltenita/arr. Giurgiu).

Day 9 Iron Gate
Enjoy a relaxing day on the river on board.

Day 10 Novi Sad
Guided walk through the colourful old town of Novi Sad. Individual shore leave time.

Day 11 Osijek - Mohacs
Trip to the magical old town and the Castle Quarter of Osijek.

Day 12 Budapest
City tour/walk through magnificent Budapest with its impressive structures. Excursion Budapest by night with Hungarian music.

The comfortably furnished cabins offer beds positioned next to each other that can be pushed apart on request. In front of cabins 100 - 107 as well as 300 - 307, there is a small landing with two steps in the cabin entrance.
